About the Journal

SDU Law Journal is a peer-reviewed journal with open access in electronic format, published quarterly in multiple languages (Kazakh, English, Russian). The journal welcomes research articles on various branches of law that have not been previously published in other journals.

The aim of SDU Law Journal is to advance legal science by studying theoretical and practical issues of law enforcement and publishing the results of scientific research conducted by Kazakhstani and international scholars.

The journal’s scientific areas include public law, private law, and international law.

SDU Law Journal is published four times a year (March, June, September, and December). All articles undergo a double-blind peer review by two independent reviewers.
